As of October 2026, Instinct is free during its invite-only beta and has no published pricing. Its terms of service include a fees section that lets it charge for features later and change prices at any time.
You need an invite from an existing member or a spot from the waitlist, which you join with your phone number. In early October 2026 the sign-up form accepted numbers from 83 countries, but access still depends on capacity.
Codot is on the App Store now for iPhone and Apple Watch, plus the web, with no invite. It handles your tasks, calendar, contacts and inbox rather than errands on websites. If you want an assistant inside your messaging apps, Poke is also open to sign up.
Instinct's terms (revised August 26, 2026) allow it to use your materials to improve its services, including training AI models. Opting out applies going forward only. Read the terms before connecting your main email account.
