Delete Your Codot Account

Codot is operated by Silver Roc Pte. Ltd.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Codot and select Me.
  2. Open Settings, then select Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your identity. Password accounts use a password; Google or Apple accounts use the signed-in session.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your Codot account. Include the words "Delete my Codot account" and the registered email address. We may send a verification message before completing the request.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile and associated Codot content, including tasks, notes, tags, chats, voice recordings and transcripts, uploaded images and files, connected-calendar data stored by Codot, collaborator and user-entered CRM information, wellness and expense entries, device tokens, and subscription entitlement links.

Limited data we may retain

We may retain records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Backup copies are removed through normal backup rotation. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained.
